Careers
We look for people who want to contribute to the studio’s work with skill, autonomy and responsibility.
One studio, wherever we work
WORKING AT TREBARRASETTE
We are an independent, full-remote creative studio. We work from different places, sharing method and project culture. Joining the team means contributing to the work and to the way we work together.
1
Learning through the work
Growth comes from practice and conversation. We question how we work and improve it, one project at a time.

2
Room for ideas
Ideas can come from anyone. We compare disciplines and points of view, making space for what they bring to the project, regardless of who proposes them.

3
Autonomy in how you organise
We work fully remote. You organise your time around the work, deadlines and meetings with the team. That freedom asks for care with commitments and respect for other people’s work.

4
Occasions to meet
We create events and initiatives to get to know each other better and exchange experience. They are chances to share what each person can offer and to welcome contributions from outside.

OUR VALUES
VALUES
Welcome change
We revise methods and habits when circumstances ask for it. Curiosity helps us recognise new possibilities.
Open up to different perspectives
We look for stimuli outside our field. We listen to different points of view and let research question the first hypotheses.
Pursue excellence
We take the client’s goals as our own. We care for the quality of what we deliver and measure the impact of the work, reducing waste.
Act with courage
We take on what we do not yet know how to do. We share our views honestly and accept feedback that helps us improve.
Be responsible for our freedom
Our independence is grounded in respect for the people we work with. We take responsibility for our choices and our commitments.
Cultivate the practice
We exercise a shared method to improve our skills. We pay attention to details without losing sight of the project as a whole.
Give trust
We trust the people we work with and respect their contribution, beyond role. A mistake does not erase trust when commitment and shared values remain.
Give meaning to work
We want what we do to make sense in the project and to be in harmony with our lives. We help each other find that balance and recognise the value of other people’s work.
